High quality cleaning equipment and products
Paid professional cleaning experience
High attention to detail and punctuality

Does it cost money to join Simply Spotless?
No, there is not cost to join Simply Spotless as a cleaning subcontractor. We charge our clients a specific price for each service and pay our subcontractors an hourly rate. We make a small profit on each job after we’ve paid our marketing, admin, GST and other expenses.
Do I need to have an Australian Business Number?
Yes, to work with us as a subcontractor, you need to have an Australian Business Number (ABN). We subcontract work to small cleaning businesses. So if you run a cleaning business and want more clients, then we can provide you with extra work.
Do I need to have my own cleaning equipment?
Yes, all subcontractors are required to provide their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products. Simply Spotless provides a digital platform to find additional cleaning jobs and receive payments quickly.
Do I need to have my own insurance?
Yes, all subcontractors are required to be insured for public liability. This type of insurance will cover you if you accidentally damage something while cleaning someone’s property.
Do I need a car to join Simply Spotless?
Yes, all subcontractors are required to have access to a car so that they can travel to jobs and take their cleaning equipment and cleaning products with them.
How do I get paid?
We process payment weekly. All you need to do is send us an invoice each week and we’ll pay you every Monday for the work you completed the previous week. If you’ve just started your business and don’t know how to send an invoice yet, then we can provide you with an invoice template and training.
