Is Simply Spotless a Registered/Approved NDIS provider?
Simply Spotless is an experience NDIS Cleaning Service Provider that has been supporting NDIS Participants for many years. Cleaning service providers are not required to be registered providers in order to provide cleaning services to NDIS participants.
We were a registered NDIS cleaning services provider for a couple of years and then realised that this is not actually required unless a participant is NDIA managed. Our registration ID (provider number) was 405 007 5892.
Due to the high costs and unreasonable requirements associated with registration, Simply Spotless chose to lapse our registration.
This means that we no longer service NDIA managed clients and now only service Self-Managed and Plan-Managed clients. Servicing Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS Participants does not require us to be a registered provider.
How long will my NDIS cleaning services take?
That depends on the size of your home!
We will calculate the amount of time needed by using the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to estimate the size of your home. If you add any extras then that will also add time to your job.
The time estimate is the total number of work hours needed. If two cleaners attend your job, then it will take half the amount of time quoted.
Will the NDIS cleaner provide their own equipment?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a program run by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) with the aim of helping Australians with a disability. To book an NDIS cleaning service, a person with a disability (participant) must first be registered with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). The participant, their carer, or their plan manager will need to provide us with their registration details so that we can verify their credentials.
We will then discuss the NDIS cleaning requirements with the participant, carer, or plan manager to understand what cleaning services are required and determine a suitable cleaning schedule. Participants and their representatives are encouraged to ask questions to ensure they understand the service agreement and their rights, which we will explain over the phone.
