What happens now?

One

A notification about your job request has been sent to the crew members that work in your area.

* Please be patient as many of them are currently working

Two

When an available cleaner accepts your job, you’ll get an email notification with their details.

*If no one is available, we’ll contact you

Three

When your clean has been completed, then we’ll bill your card. 

*You can add extras to your service whenever you need them.

Four

We’ll send you a survey so you can rate the quality of your cleaner’s work. 

 *You’ll get the same cleaner for all regular jobs
